Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Not satisfied? Return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking provided via email upon shipment.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges).
To initiate a return, email us at returns@manalytical.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@manalytical.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Manalytical is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us for assistance.
